Modular Cleanrooms

Modular Cleanrooms

REDIBILT designs and builds modular cleanrooms for companies manufacturing, repairing, packaging or testing something adversely affected by contaminants or particles in the air. They’re available in hardwall, rigidwall and softwall designs to address specific processes and budgets. Cleanroom environments ranging from ISO classes 5 through 8 (Federal Standard classes 100 through 100,000) are created using state-of-the-art filtration and architectural components, assembled by craftsmen familiar with cleanroom assembly protocol.

Modular Cleanroom Design

Modular cleanrooms by REDIBILT create a controlled environment within your facility that limits the concentration of airborne particles to a specification appropriate for your process. They are designed and constructed to minimize the ability of particles to enter, proliferate, or exist within that space. Within the cleanroom, other parameters can also be controlled, including temperature, pressure, and humidity.

Softwall Cleanrooms

Softwall modular cleanrooms allow for a clean environment in a flexible and cost-effective way that can fit into almost any space. They filter and recirculate the surrounding ambient air, eliminating the cost of a dedicated HVAC system. With our modular, customizable designs, softwall cleanrooms can be assembled or dismantled and moved with only a screwdriver and two wrenches..

Rigidwall Cleanrooms

Rigidwall modular cleanrooms offer the same flexibility and performance of our softwall cleanrooms, but with a more durable, aluminum framed acrylic wall system. Like softwall cleanrooms, they filter and recirculate the surrounding ambient air, eliminating the cost of a dedicated HVAC system. They also provide more protection than softwall cleanrooms while still allowing for flexibility and customization.

Hardwall Cleanrooms

Hardwall modular cleanrooms create a closed environment for any cleanroom processes. Since the modular walls are more substantial and secure, hardwall cleanrooms create an environment that protects the process within the cleanroom from unauthorized access, potential damage, and provides visual security when needed. Hardwall cleanrooms are designed to filter and recirculate either surrounding ambient air, or conditioned, filtered air from dedicated HVAC systems. And like softwall and rigidwall cleanrooms, hardwall cleanrooms can be relocated or expanded when your needs change.
